I Don't Want to be Here

Family separation can be a stressful, and sometimes traumatic, process for you and your family. You may be distressed at the lack of time, or being denied contact, with your children. Alternatively, you may be concerned about risks posed to you or your child by the other parent. Disempowerment, the feeling that you have no control over outcomes and your voice is not being heard, is common. You may also fear the stress, delay, expense and acrimony associated with lawyers and the courts.

I want to Avoid Court

Separating couples often need help in resolving issues relating to the care of their children and property matters. We aim to help you to resolve family issues promptly, effectively, and with a minimum of expense through mediation which reduces conflict, enables everyone's voice and encourages cooperation.

I Want the Best for the Children

We assist parents to adopt solutions that are in the best interests of their children. We have access to the latest psychological research which will assist you in developing age appropriate, safe solutions for children and their connections to parents and extended family.

I Want to Keep the Home

Separation can lead to financial uncertainty and lifestyle changes. There is a risk of homes being sold, children changing schools, parents forced to return to the workforce, holidays cancelled and cars traded down. The added expense of resolving property matters through the courts only worsens the finacial outcome. Mediation can propmtly and cheaply resolve property matters. In a mediation, parties are not constrained by what a court might order.
