FeesFamily Dispute Resolution (Mediation)You will be required to enter into an agreement prior to an invitation for FDR being sent to the other parties.
1. Initial instructions including invitation to other party to participate, scheduling mediation date/time and s60I certificate if other party does not agree to mediation.
$204 + GST
2. Intake, mediation session up to 3 hours and providing s60I certificate or Certificate of Dispute Resolution at conclusion (including item 1)
$816 + GST
3. Additional mediations sessions of up to 3 hours each (additional to item 2)
$612 + GST
4. Reading time of court documents, reports etc provided by the parties per hour (first hour free) (additional to items 1 & 2)

Please note that when providing Family Dispute Resolution services we are acting as Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners and not Legal Practitioners. Our FDR services are not subject to the Legal Pratitioners Act.
