The property is centrally located at the bottom of Yorke Peninsular within easy reach of Edithburgh, Foul Bay, Point Turton, Port Moorowie, Stansbury, Warooka, Wool Bay, and Yorketown.

Located on just over 42ha of land, half of which is natural scrub, this magnificent 6-year-old, 2 storey residence was built to be operated as carbon neutral and with easy living in mind. This house highlights an atmosphere that makes it feel like an extension of the beautiful country environment.

Downstairs there is a casual living space, kitchenette, laundry, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. An internal staircase with a chair lift for the disabled gives access to the top floor. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen/dine/lounge area, well-appointed master bedroom with ensuite, and separate toilet. All bedrooms have wardrobes. The kitchen offers a breakfast bench so you can appreciate the views when cooking and entertaining. Its wide front balcony gives panoramic views of the whole of Sturt Bay and the foreshore scrub. It is an easy walk, or short car ride, to the pristine beach with clear waters that is suitable for both fishing and swimming The back balcony gives extensive views over the scrub and farmland.

The bush area is criss-crossed by walking and trail bike tracks.

The large, high access shed ensures ample room for your cars, caravans and boats. There is ample space for caravans and tents with prior approval.
